Sometimes refunds or exchanges are necessary. We want to please you so refunds and/or exchanges are available if not satisfied up to 14 days of shipping date for domestic orders and within 30 days for International Orders. The return shipping fee will be at the buyer's expense and must be returned unworn, undamaged or unaltered in any way.
In the event of a refund, buyer will be reimbursed for product only in the same form of payment of purchase but only after items are received from buyer.
For exchanges, simply write exchange details on original receipt, and Luvees will pay for one exchange ship back charges. Subsequent shipping charges for exchanges of the same order will be the responsibility of the buyer. You can always email us at: email@example.com if you have questions.
EXCHANGES WHEN PURCHASING ON A SPECIAL PROMOTION OR SALE: In the event of a special promotion e.g. free shipping, bogo free, or other reduced pricing promotions buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with their purchase including the shipping costs to resend an exchange item.
